Return and Refund Policy – Paripurn Organic

This Return and Refund Policy is an integral part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Terms and Conditions of our website. Paripurn Organic reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website.

General Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Paripurn Organic will arrange a reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to send the item back to our facility (the full return address will be provided via email).

Note: Returns are only applicable to products labeled as “7 Days Returnable” on the product detail page. Products marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, proof of purchase, and order number.
  • All returns require prior approval from our support team. Please contact us at contact@paripurnorganic.com before initiating a return.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will either reship the item or provide a full refund.
  • You will be required to return the damaged or incorrect item as per the return policy.
  • For damaged items, return shipping charges will be borne by Paripurn Organic.
  • The decision to approve a replacement or refund lies solely with Paripurn Organic after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, in case of genuine issues such as damage or receiving the wrong item, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.

Note: Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must email their bank account details to support@paripurnorganic.com.
  • Paripurn Organic is not liable for incorrect bank details provided by the customer.
